These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.costaglam.com and the booking and provision of beauty services by Costa Glam.

The website and services are operated by K&M Beauty Room 2026 S.C., CIF/NIF: J26621276, trading under the commercial name Costa Glam.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By using the website, submitting a request or booking a service, the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

If the client does not agree with these Terms, they should not use the website or book services.

3. Salon services

Costa Glam provides beauty and personal care services, including but not limited to:

manicure and pedicure;

eyelash and eyebrow services;

makeup;

cavitation, facial lifting, vacuum massage, sauna and other beauty care treatments;

hairdressing services;

other services available on the website or in the salon.

Information about services on the website is provided for general information purposes. The final availability, duration and price of a service may depend on the client’s condition, the complexity of the work, the specialist’s schedule and other circumstances.

4. Bookings

Clients may book services through the website, by phone, messaging apps, social media or other available communication channels.

When booking, the client must provide accurate contact details, including name, phone number, email or other information necessary to confirm the appointment.

A booking is considered confirmed once it has been confirmed by the salon, the specialist, or successfully completed through the website booking system, where available.

5. Exact appointment time

The time stated in the booking is the exact start time of the service.

Clients must arrive on time. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow the service to start as scheduled.

Costa Glam respects the time of clients and specialists, therefore punctuality is an important condition of service.

6. Late arrival

If the client understands that they will not arrive on time, they must contact the specialist with whom the appointment was booked as soon as possible.

The client may contact the specialist by:

SMS;

phone call;

any other agreed communication channel.

In case of late arrival, Costa Glam or the specialist may:

reduce the service time;

adjust the scope of the service;

reschedule the appointment if possible;

cancel the booking if the delay affects the schedule of other clients.

7. Cancellation or rescheduling by the client

The client may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

To cancel or reschedule, the client must contact the specialist or Costa Glam.

If the client cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment, Costa Glam reserves the right not to refund any prepayment made, where applicable, or to apply other conditions previously communicated to the client.

8. No-show

If the client does not arrive at the scheduled time and does not notify the specialist or the salon, the booking may be cancelled.

If a booking is cancelled due to no-show, Costa Glam does not guarantee that a new appointment will be available on the same day.

If the client has made a prepayment for a service or package and fails to attend without notice, the prepayment may be retained as compensation for the reserved specialist’s time.

9. Service packages and 100% prepayment

For certain services provided as a package, Costa Glam may require 100% prepayment.

A package may include:

several different services;

several procedures;

multiple visits or sessions.

The specific conditions of each package, including included services, number of sessions, price, use conditions and validity period, will be communicated to the client before payment.

Prepayment confirms the booking and reserves the specialist’s time.

If the client cannot attend a session included in a package, they must notify the salon or specialist at least 24 hours in advance. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the relevant session may be considered used.

10. Prices and payment

Prices may be shown on the website, in the salon, in a price list or communicated by a specialist.

Costa Glam reserves the right to change prices. The final price may depend on the complexity of the service, the condition of the client’s hair, nails, skin or eyelashes, and any additional materials or time required.

At the moment, the website does not provide online payment for standard bookings. Payment is made by a method agreed with the salon or specialist.

For certain service packages, 100% prepayment may be required by the method indicated by Costa Glam.

11. Cancellation or rescheduling by the salon

Costa Glam makes every effort to honour confirmed bookings. However, the salon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in case of:

specialist illness;

technical issues;

force majeure;

scheduling errors;

health or safety reasons preventing the service.

In such cases, the salon will try to offer the client an alternative appointment time.

12. Health conditions and contraindications

The client must inform the specialist in advance of any condition that may affect the safety or suitability of the service, including:

allergies;

skin conditions;

skin, nail or hair damage;

pregnancy, where relevant to the treatment;

medical contraindications;

sensitivity to cosmetic products;

previous adverse reactions to treatments.

Costa Glam may refuse to provide a service or suggest an alternative if there is a health or safety risk.

13. Service results

Costa Glam strives to provide high-quality services. However, results may vary depending on the client’s individual characteristics.

Results may be affected by:

condition of hair, skin, nails or eyelashes;

previous treatments;

home care;

compliance with aftercare instructions;

individual body reactions.

The client is responsible for following the specialist’s aftercare recommendations.

14. Client conduct

Clients must behave respectfully towards specialists, other clients and salon property.

Costa Glam may refuse service to a client who:

behaves aggressively or offensively;

is under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

disrupts the salon;

creates a safety risk;

refuses to follow reasonable instructions related to the service.

15. Website use

Clients must use the website only for lawful purposes.

It is prohibited to:

disrupt the website;

submit false bookings;

use the website for fraudulent purposes;

copy website materials without permission;

use Costa Glam content for commercial purposes without consent.

16. Intellectual property

All website materials, including text, photos, design, logos, work images and branding elements, belong to Costa Glam, K&M Beauty Room 2026 S.C. or are used lawfully.

Copying or using these materials without permission is prohibited.

17. Photos and work materials

Costa Glam may publish photos of service results, the salon interior and work process.

Photos where a client can be identified will only be published with the client’s consent, where required by law.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Costa Glam’s Privacy Policy available on the website.

19. Liability

Costa Glam is not responsible for inability to provide a service or undesired results caused by:

incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client;

hidden contraindications;

failure to follow specialist recommendations;

late arrival;

no-show;

circumstances beyond the salon’s control.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights under Spanish or EU law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Spanish law and applicable consumer protection regulations.
